BOILER & SPECIAL SHAPES

Each hand made boiler brick and special shape bricks are integral pieces with special dimensions. Very few refractories companies cherish the thought of producing special, hand molded shapes for their customers. We cater to the industry’s need for odd and unusual shapes. Despite the great strides made in the machine production of special shapes, a great many are still made by hand. Some are to intricate to produce by machine, others are needed in such small quantities that it is not feasible to set up a machine to produce them.

Pictured above our only a few of the shapes we have produced for boilers, furnaces, combustion chambers and the like. We make them in qualities ranging from high duty up to 70% alumina and in quantities from a few pieces to truckloads. Of course, we also make standard size square edge tile and ship lap tile.
